The CFA continuous propeller process is virtually vibration-free and is one of the quietest forms of piling, ideal for environmentally sensitive areas.
We use only high quality materials, such as FE54 Steel. In this type of tool there is a hexagonal joint 3, 4 or 5 inch, the measure depends on type of machine. The elements of the continuous auger are connected by hexagonal quick couplings; made of special steel and machined with numerically controlled machine tools, the joints generally have two safety pins to prevent disconnection.
The terminal tip of the CFA column is provided with a “plug” to prevent the soil from entering the empty central tube during the drilling phase. When the concrete is pumped inside the column, the cap is blown up and remains attached to the tube by a chain.
The thickness of auger can change from 15 to 40mm based on customers requests.
